CHANGES TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

So the USPS, the United States Postal Service, of which I am a general fan, has made some changes to their guidelines and so we , like many other folks who ship stuff hither and thither as well have to make some changes to their shipping processes.

We had been supplying triangular tube covers for comprehensive safety results when shipping tubes overseas. International shipping can result in wear and tear on tubes and our triangle coves helped greatly.

Due to new guidelines, adding these triangular tubes resulted in suddenly higher rates that are not sustainable, increasing shipping cost alone to nearly $85 for each tube. Without the Triangular cover, we can return to manageable rates but the safety features are removed. SO…

All International Orders will come in a standard heavy shipping tube Only with safety paper inside as is our past standard.

We cannot guarantee any better shipping safety than a standard heavy tube, so purchasers have to be forewarned in the case of damage from overseas shipping. We cannot re-deliver or replace any damaged materials and any satisfaction from the postal services will have to be handled in the receivers’ country with any results being their own to pursue.

In the past there has been a very low rate of damage but it has happened. Do let us know if you would like something sent to a country not currently on our International Delivery roster as it is limited.

Questions are welcome.
